I did a lot of research on these bucket towel warmers and thought this was the best one based on reviews and the manufacturers customer service. So glad I chose this one! We have now used it for a while and it is wonderful! I warm my robe, I warm my towel. It heats up very fast and stays warm for the whole length of time on the timer. I’m not worried about anyone getting burned either! The outside stays cool while the inside gets warm. I was surprised that the entire thing is basically plastic. But that just means that this is not overly heavy, which is nice. Great product! Great purchase! And looks like a good reputable US company.
