Love love love the design. BUT it’s been less than a year since installation for our bathroom renos and this hardware is showing wear. No matter how much or often I clean there seems to be these growing spots, like a film was overlaying the hardware and is wearing away. I thought it was water spots but can feel the texture difference. Since they’re installed, I certainly don’t plan to change them out, but makes me weary and offering this as a warning to other buyers.Missing screw packets for 3 our of the 6 items so had to scrounge for screws in our workshop. They seem to be sturdy and well made. Not sure how well they'll stand up to use and not be scratched up. For now, they seem to be solid and look nice. Would be nice if the towel racks had an option of hanging on a right or left wall. Would have given a 5 star if they had included all the screws....that's pretty poor quality control to send out a box of 6 items and include enough screws for only 3 items.Bought this kit since anything at local store was easily twice the price.The finish is durable. During the install, I accidentally dropped a hammer on one bar and was surprised not to find a giant nick in the chrome. Even my fingerprints wiped off easily.The toilet paper holder easily holds my Charmin Ultra mega rolls, which was a problem with my previous holder smashing the roll into the wall. Same goes for the towel bars, I can easily get towels into these bars which means they'll also have better airflow for drying.Areas where this could improve: the kit didn't come with enough screws for installation. Thankfully, I have tons of anchors/screws. Additionally, the bar thickness are almost too massive for my bathroom but that's not something you see when the bars are in use.Love the look of this set. Only complaint is the hand towel holder comes loose and does not stay tight. Husband is very handy and even he can’t get it to stay tight. Hoping the toilet paper holder does not do the same thing.The items look really good in our bathroom. However, we've only had them for 6 months and the hand towel holder has twisted and we can't tighten it and the toilet paper holder has loosened, which we were able to fix (this time). We really don't put pressure on them, it just gradually happened.Easy to install. The provided hardware is a bit light IMHO for the task at hand, so I used some Wall Dogs (lower fastener) and spread anchors (upper fastener) for added pull out strength. Otherwise some pretty nice bits for the money.Building a new house and purchased these for master bathroom. Very pleased with the look but haven't had them installed yet, so can't speak to ease of installation or sturdiness, but expect them to be fine. All square edges are rounded enough to be comfortable. Really liked that this brand offered TP holder and hand towel bars in left or right versions -very hard to find in other brands.These are OK but some of the bases get cockeyed from the hanger arms at our house much you try to tighten the fastener screws in the back. They’re easy to mount but there’s definitely a weakness and then you end up with fixtures that don’t line up perfectly with the base.
