Delivered in 2-3 days and in good packaging. Parts are made in good quality especially the metal parts and screws. Assembling instructions are easy and clear for the sections but could be more detailed for the final steps. Step 14 could be on two pages instead of one page. The completed drawer has a wide gap surprised me. See the photo.I wish the drawer was a little bit bigger and I use it for my microwave and other small appliancesThere are a lot of pieces to putting this together, it would be simplified if they would put written instructions with it instead of just pictures. It is fairly sturdy and I will be using it for a bakers rack. I really like the design, it has adequate space between shelves for larger appliances to fit on. It's a good product for the money.Looks good and having fun trying to decide what varied items to decorate it withso we bought this during Christmas time and was exactly what we were looking for and when we bought it, there were no reviews so we took a chance, it arrived very well packed and no damage. It was pretty easy to put together and very sturdy. Just note when putting together to read directions well, about half way through I think when attaching board #6 if I recall look at the orientation because you can easily put it on backwards (which I almost did lol).I had a little hiccup and had to contact the seller and all I can say is WOW just fantastic customer service!!!Replies were quick and easy to talk to via email probably the best I've had on Amazon and no neither Amazon or the seller is paying me to say that. Only thing is it took me weeks to do a review due to my busy schedule since purchasing this rack back in Dec 2021 and its Feb 4th 2022.Overall, I wont hesitate to purchase this again or a product from this seller.Overall the rack is fine. It's doing what I want it to do. However it does not seem well constructed, many pieces and holes were slightly off and misaligned so I had to really force the parts together. It also doesn't feel extremely sturdy.ALSO, one of the pieces I received was not cut properly – it was too long for where it needed to fit. The company was very responsive and shipped me a new part from the factory right away. They also gave me a $20 discount for the inconvenience. However, it has felt like quite a saga to wait for this rack to arrive, and have it half assembled for a month because I'm waiting on a new part.Did not give exact screws to use for the rack. The corrected manual was sent after we assembled the rack. Struggled due to screws problem.Not easy to put together
